Activities of NSS
Workdone by NSS in additional to academic work during the lockdown
- More than two hundred nesting facility for watering the birds.
- More than 200 Police uncles on Covid duty are provided with daily drinking water.
- Eighty students registered as Covid volunteers on Covid-19 site of Savitribai Phule Pune University.
- All the 250 students participated in the survey conducted by the NSS department of SPPU.
- Participation of 15 students in Sayambachivadi ,Malegav Khurd chap food donation program for villagers.
- 40 student participated in the distribution 5 bags of cloths to the children and families of sugarcane harvesters
- 200 students participated in the mask production on the total 3000 ,free distribution of houses of area by sewing masks at home.
- Participation in various webinars and lectures organized by SPPU from time to time.
- 11 to 14 July 2020, Participated in the state level discussion session organized by SPPU.
- Fit INDIA movement Poster and Survey on 7 August 2020.
- Plantation of Dairy farm to celebrate national service plan day.
- Celebrated Teachers day.
- Online lectures were organized- Dr.Sejul and Dr. Godase V.P.
- Celebrate Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti by giving the online quiz to students.
- 15 students participated in Covid survey in village Shirsane.
- Celebrated National voters day.
- Online lectures-Shri. Dhananjay Thakre.
- All the Professors and other staff members took oath on the ocasion of National Vigilance Day.
- Honrable Abdul Kalam Reading Inspiration Day open discussion-Granth Maza Disha darshak.
- Consumer Protection Day celebrate- open discussion-Consumer protection act,BVAPK-19.
- Participation in online Nirmal Wari campaign-29/6/20 to 4/7/20.
- 55 students participated in SPPU my family my responsibility survey.
- 20 students participated in Swachhta Abhiyan survey at Karjat jamkhed-22/12/2020 to 10/01/2021.
- Participation of 17 students in Haldi Kunku Ceremony at Karjat Jamkhed.26/1/21 to 31/1/21.
- 10 students at two booths help in the Government of India’s Pulse Polio campaign.- 31/1/2020.
